About the case
Väderholmen is a real estate company primarily focused on office and retail premises. They wanted to expand the business and build two new business areas from scratch:
Broporten, with premises for car dealers, furniture stores, hotels and restaurants, and Brännbacken, for warehousing and industrial activities.
Our design department was tasked with developing a new, common design language for the projects: a graphic identity with colours, shapes, typography and logo. It was important for the client to be able to easily apply the new design in different areas and for different projects. We worked closely with the architects to achieve this.
The branding process was followed by research and several workshops to identify what the brand should signal to the target audience and other prerequisites for good visual communication.

The solution was a common font and contrasting colour, with different areas given their specific colour. The logos are similar to create recognition, and allude to construction and maps/area drawings, as the shape of each specific surface becomes part of the logo.

Result
The new visual identity and how Louder Family has implemented it has completely exploded the brand in the market. Already two months after launch, Louder Family had made sure that Polyver Sweden had broken sales records.
We have helped Polyver Sweden to take the position it wants in the market. We have reached out with the brand on Instagram and Facebook, and also driven traffic to Polyver Sweden’s new website.
